January 24-25 Winter Storm Affecting All East Coast Locations

Wash Sites in Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, and Ohio will be affected by Winter Storms over the Weekend of January 24, 2026. More Details Below.

Hi Thoroughbred Customers,
We are closely monitoring the incoming winter weather system expected to impact our area this weekend. All major meteorologists and news stations are forecasting a significant and impactful storm across the regions in which we operate.

🦺 Temporary Closures for Employee Safety

To prioritize the safety of our employees, we will be closing locations before the storm arrives. Our teams will report at their normal time tomorrow to continue preparing facilities and will remain on-site until weather conditions approach a point where employees need to leave to ensure they can get home safely.

🌡️Temperature-Based Openings

Additionally, temperatures will play a role in opening times, particularly in our Ohio and West Virginia markets. Locations in those areas will open only if temperatures are at or above 15 degrees.

🗓️ Sunday (1/26) & Monday (1/27) Operations

Operations for Sunday and Monday will be determined by the severity of the storm, but we will continue to provide real-time updates through our phone system.

We take pride in operating our locations and helping you keep your vehicle free of snow, road grime, and salt. We will spare no expense to reopen safely and as soon as conditions allow.

Thank you from all of us at Thoroughbred Express, and please stay safe.
