At all Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash locations, we use advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to enhance your experience. When you sign up for a plan, your license plate number is securely linked to your account. On future visits, our LPR cameras will automatically recognize your vehicle and assign the correct wash package.
In the rare case that your license plate isn’t recognized, an employee will be available to assist by manually entering your plate number to ensure you get your wash. While our LPR cameras have a 95% success rate, specialty plates may occasionally be harder to read.
To make changes to your membership plan, please download our app. All membership changes must be submitted in writing and are handled by our account management team due to the high volume of members in our system.
If you purchased your plan at a location, please register it online to enable membership management.
Refund Policy: If you cancel in the middle of your membership plan, refunds are not provided. However, you can continue to use your wash package until the day before your next renewal date.
The unlimited membership is a recurring monthly charge processed on the same day each month based on your original sign-up date. For example, if you sign up on the 9th, your payment will be charged to the card on file on the 9th of each following month.
If the payment cannot be processed for any reason, the system will retry for up to 10 days. During this time, your membership benefits, including access to washes, will be suspended.
