Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash Has Acquired 5-Star Car Wash!
Before we get too far into our introduction, let us ease your mind. No, there will not be any immediate interruption to your current monthly membership service! 🙂
Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash has owned and operated 5-Star Car Wash since September of 2022. Why are we just now announcing it? With this acquisition, it quadrupled us in size as a company and we have been planning some exciting new features to roll out at the wash locations. It has taken some time to get the infrastructure in place to do so.
What changes are coming?
Besides a new name & logo we are excited to announce that we will be making significant improvements to our customer’s experience.
• New Chemical Line - Our Diamond Shine chemicals feature Ceramic clear coat protectants, top-of-the-line tire shine, and the best new product in the industry, GRAPHENE X! This significantly improves the dryness & shininess of the vehicle once it exits the tunnel.
• Better Wash Equipment - Most notably, we will be installing water softeners & chemical dispensing systems at every location that will enhance the quality of the wash. No more inconsistency and a quality product every time!
• License Plate Recognition - No more stickers in the window! Our state of the art LPR technology makes it super simple to sign up, manage, and use your membership.
• Unlimited Subscription App To Manage Account - No need to reach out by phone, send an email, to cancel plans, change plans, update credit card information, or add a vehicle to the plan.
• Access To Wash In 4 States - With the switch over to Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash point of sale system, you will be able to wash at any of our locations in KY, IN, OH, & WV (and many more to come).
