Love this carwash! It does a fantastic job washing the outside of both our vehicles. It’s so convenient and worth the money to have a membership. The vacuums, air pressure gun and supplies to clean the inside are awesome too! This place goes above n beyond for their customers! Definitely recommend others to get a membership there.

Absolutely 💯 love Thoroughbred car wash ive been a member since opening. I love the employees.. always a great experience.. the vacuum area is awesome, always cleaning supplies available and awesome car scents to put in your car.. This car wash is a good value. We use it frequently to keep our cars clean and in good shape. It is especially valuable in winter when sprays and salts are applied to the roads and highways. We are pleased.

Only gripe I have is that sometimes when I go there the vacuum is off and I have to go tell them to turn it on . Another thing is it’s only been a year and already changed the price of my monthly wash to 30$ from 25$ keep doing that I won’t be a member much longer .

This place has made a mess of my car. I now have to take it to someone who will have repair the damage that I alone can not remove. Pictures of the damage tells the story. Plus anyone who values their car should not go through their car wash, why not? Because the brushes cause swirls in your paint that look like spider webs. If you look closely you will see what I'm bringing to your attention. People working there are nice and very helpful but the damage is still being done. Any professional detailer will tell you the same thing. Bad for your vehicle. These spots are embedded in my Cadillac's paint.

Best car wash in town. The lady named April thats always at the sales lanes is always so friendly and helpful. I wont wash my car anywhere other than Thoroughbred Express. The employees are always friendly and do a thorough job.

Loved the staff and the experience. They can even wash a Convertible safetly!Would have liked to see a better wash though.. had some soap scum. Would loved to have seen clean rims..Sales man did his job and sold me a monthly package. I’ll give it a few more tries but not sure about it.

$9 for the basic car wash? Two guys with pressure washers then a simple auto wash? There’s a reason the prices are hidden from the street. I thought I read $5 wash, that was $5 for wax and they were already washing my car by the time I found out.My car did get reasonably clean, though. And it had a lot of bugs.

The two people that washed my car did not even have masks during a pandemic! Masks are made to prevent the virus, not to protect...and so much people in Seymour aren’t wearing them. Outrageous! This pandemic is going to go one for even more years. It was not 6 feet away either. Who knows if I got it. The person who washed our car or directed us was very rude. I didn’t stop my brakes on my car since I didn’t see a sign. He was trying telling me something, so I pulled down my window. He opens the door and forcefully moves my legs from the brakes telling me to stop! He did not have to do that! Very unnecessary! The car was polished on one side but the stuff on the other side was not scratched off. I understand it’s hard to get off but it was their best wash and I paid 20 dollars! Going to wash my car somewhere else from now on.

Environmentally Friendly

All of our Thoroughbred Express locations utilize water reclamation processes and reverse osmosis chambers in order to lighten our environmental footprint and reuse water. We use 65% less water in our tunnels than the average person does washing their vehicle at home. In addition to our energy efficient processes, we also only use chemicals in our tunnel that are environmentally safe and biodegradable.
