Discount Request
Thoroughbred Express offers First Responder Discounts & Military Discounts to members in the communities we serve. All customers seeking specialty pricing must follow these steps in this order to apply for specialty pricing:
1. Sign up one or more vehicles at the physical location for full price plan (Or $10 first month if first time member)
2. Complete the form below, and apply for desired specialty pricing at least 7 business days prior to next recharge date.
3. Our team will review the documentation that was provided and verify that they are a First Responder or present/former member of the US Military.
Our officer administrators may reach out via phone or email to request additional information.
4. Once approved, our office administrative team will send an email to the customer and confirm that their plan has been switch to the equivalent plan they were on with the specialty pricing.
