Thoroughbred Express uses License Plate Recognition technology to determine who is an unlimited member & which wash to process for those customers. Thoroughbred LPR technology is the same system used in road toll capturing throughout the United States and is 95% accurate. In some cases, there could be several reasons why the LPR camera is not reading an unlimited members plate and it is our responsibility to find the issue and correct it so you can experience the full convenience of the unlimited plan! Specialty plates are the #1 reason why LPR technology is unable to read a plate, but that doesn’t mean you are completely out of luck. Juist because the cameras didn’t read your plate correctly doesn’t mean that it didn’t read something. If we can determine how it is reading your plate on the site we are able to create an “alias” for your license plate so even if it is read wrong in the future it will still recognize your active account. If the plate is very unique it can sometimes take several aliases as it may read something different each time you come. Please fill out the following information so that we will be able to look into this at a corporate level and find the best course of action. *Temporary Tags will need to be replaced with actual license plate for the vehicle as soon as possible and we cannot solve temp tag reading issues in most cases*.
